Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your sneakers. We regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange once the product is shipped.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The sneakers must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

The item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or use.

Sneakers should not have been customized or altered in any way.

  • Worn or used sneakers
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Sneakers that have been customized or altered
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@broskicks.com within 30 days of receiving your sneakers. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Approval
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the sneakers to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. We will then notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

    Refunds

    Once your return is approved, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

    • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your sneakers for the same pair, please contact us at support@broskicks.com with your order details and send the item to the Address provided by our customer service.

    Gifts

    If the sneakers were marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
